The Steam Early Access release landed on October 26, 2026. The game lists at ¥69.30 with a 10% launch discount applied. A free demo is available on Steam ahead of the full version.
Available on PC via Steam (Windows) only. The game can be run on Linux through Proton, though Steam Deck support is not currently confirmed. There is no console version.
Divine Frequency is currently in Early Access, which means the content, story and difficulty balance are all still subject to change. As a solo-developed project using a retro engine stack, it is a good candidate for a long access period - expect the layer count and the arena to grow before the 1.0 release.
Abraxaes both develops and publishes the game, working in the GZDoom engine. Single-developer retro shooters in this vein tend to expand most visibly through community-requested features, so public feedback during the access period carries real weight.
